Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily store operations
Supervise and support sales staff and cashiers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
Help achieve sales targets and store performance goals
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
