Key Responsibilities

* Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to hotel standards.
* Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems.
* Issue supplies to departments promptly and ensure documentation accuracy.
* Monitor stock levels and support timely purchasing requirements.
* Conduct and support monthly stocktaking and reporting processes.
* Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
* Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing teams for reconciliation of goods received.

Ideal Profile

* Previous experience in stores, inventory, or purchasing in hospitality or a similar industry.
* Familiarity with hotel operations and supply chain practices.
* Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
* Team-oriented with good communication abilities.
* Based in the UAE; IHG experience preferred.
