Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform input and/or output operations and product storage in accordance with procedures.
Ensure the receipt and physical and computerized storage of products in compliance with procedures.
Prepare the parts requested by production according to BSMs or disputes, ensuring traceability.
Collaborate with the logistics department.
Ensure the transfer with the shipment.
Participate in inventories and stock discrepancy control.
Inventory management.
Perform regular rolling inventories to ensure stock availability and accuracy according to rules, ensuring data consistency between systems and physical reality.
Identify and report the carts.
Anticipate critical parts needs to avoid stockouts; check location if stock decreases.
Ensure that the parts are stored according to standards.
Maintain the workability of parts.
Work in coordination with the production and logistics teams.
Ensure the packaging of products according to their specific characteristics.
To ensure versatility within the team.
Provide first-level support in execution.
Under the delegation of the hierarchical manager, coordinate the team's activities.
Participate in the implementation of the new workflows.
Ensure the monitoring of QRQC indicators.
to act as a liaison between the operational teams and the hierarchy to escalate issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or two years of post-secondary education
My proficiency with computer tools (Office suite)
My mastery of management software (SAP).
Knowledge of transport rules and customs regulations
