Roles & Responsibilities

The procurement office is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Store Coordinator to join their team.


The ideal candidate is responsible on overseeing daily operation at the university store including stock monitoring, receiving supplies, record keeping and coordination between university departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming purchases
  • Organize and maintain inventory within the university depot/store.
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Tracking damaged, expired and missing items
  • Maintaining documentation such as invoices, delivery notes, and stock reports
  • Distribute supplies, equipment, and materials to university departments and staff.
  • Organization and attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS degree or TS Technique
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in store/inventory control
  • Strong organizational skills (Punctual & Neat)
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, specifically Excel)
