Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
Responsible for managing daily store operations, including inventory control, material handling, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations./p>
br> strong>Key Responsibilities/strong> br> Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materialsbr> Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identificationbr> Maintain accurate stock records (SAP/ERP/Excel/manual)br> Issue materials as per approved requisitionsbr> Conduct stock checks and inventory auditsbr> Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishmentbr> Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safetybr> Coordinate with procurement, production, and logisticsbr> Handle documentation (GRN, delivery notes, invoices)br> Ensure compliance with company policies/p>
br> strong>Preferred Skills/strong> br> Experience in manufacturing/engineering storesbr> Knowledge of barcode systems & stock controlbr> Familiarity with safety and material handling/p>
