We are seeking a reliable and organised Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth material flow between the warehouse and project sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with inventory control, supplier coordination, and basic procurement procedures, preferably within construction or MEP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Post and update GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and keep system records accurate.
Prepare and issue LPOs (Local Purchase Orders) as required.
Generate and manage delivery notes for dispatch from store to site.
Maintain monthly stock records and perform regular reconciliations.
Conduct or support annual physical stock taking and prepare related reports.
Follow up continuously with suppliers to secure timely deliveries and maintain stock availability.
Support site material requirements through efficient dispatch and documentation.
Maintain accurate records to optimise stock levels and reduce discrepancies.
Preferred / Additional Skills:
ERP system knowledge is a plus.
MEP knowledge is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and ability to prioritise.
Ability to work with site teams and suppliers to resolve supply chain issues.
