Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming medical supplies and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
Organize and maintain inventory in the store, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval.
Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reordering to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Issue materials and products to internal departments based on requisitions and maintain accurate transaction records.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory management systems.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards in the storage area.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to track incoming shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Prepare and maintain detailed inventory reports for management review.
Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and facilitating access to inventory records.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree or High School Diploma
Experience in Pharmaceutical , Cosmetics or Medical Companies
