Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment in accordance with company procedures.

  • Organize and maintain inventory within the store or warehouse, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and/or inventory management software.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with recorded inventory.
  • Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and security regulations.
  • Prepare and dispatch materials for outgoing shipments or internal transfers as required.
  • Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Generate periodic inventory and stock movement reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to operate inventory management systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, ERP).
  • Familiarity with safety, security, and compliance standards in a warehouse or store environment.
  • Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and organize inventory items as needed.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive approach to inventory challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
