Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods in line with company policies and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation through ERP and manual logs.
  • Conduct regular and random stock counts, reconciling system and physical records.
  • Coordinate daily with Production, Planning, Quality, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise and support warehouse staff while maintaining cleanliness and readiness for shipments.
  • Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage processes to enhance efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree.
  • 2:5 years of warehouse/storekeeping - Finished Products experience, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or pharma.
  • Strong inventory control knowledge.
  • Good leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • ERP (SAP) experience preferred.
