Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure product validity, whether raw material or otherwise, upon receipt, including inspection and other documentation.

  • Issues disbursement and receipt authorizations for all incoming and outgoing items.
  • Responsible for any shortages or excess items in the warehouse that have not been issued.
  • Alerts of shortages in an item's quantity before it is exhausted.
  • Improves the organizational structure within the warehouse.
  • Receives, stores, and issues supplies. Ensures that warehouses are always organized and in good condition.
  • Ensures that all received materials are undamaged, the correct quantity is accompanied by correct release documents.
  • Maintains a proper inventory system.
  • Fills out store orders and maintains release tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 5 years of experience in the contracting field.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required.

Effective communication skills and information delivery to specialists and non-specialists.

Responsible for warehouses, inventory, and inventory.

Intermediate administrative skills to manage those under his supervision and distribute work among them.

Basic administrative skills in dealing with and supervising.

(Must have a higher qualification (institute or university)
