Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the setup and establishment of the medical center, including policies, procedures, and operational workflows
- Oversee medical and administrative operations to ensure high-quality healthcare services
- Manage and supervise medical, nursing, and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health regulations, licensing requirements, and medical standards
- Develop and implement medical policies, protocols, and quality standards
- Monitor center performance, patient flow, and service efficiency
- Manage budgets, medical supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts
- Coordinate with doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, and external service providers
- Handle patient experience, complaints, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare operational and performance reports for top management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in establishing and managing a medical center or clinic
- Strong background in medical administration and healthcare operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of healthcare laws, accreditation, and quality systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
