Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials in accordance with established procedures.

• Organize and maintain inventory within the storage area, ensuring items are easily accessible and properly labeled.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and distribution of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with recorded data.
• Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and dispatch materials or products to relevant departments as required.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Generate inventory reports and provide updates to management on stock status.
