• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and products in accordance with company procedures.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the store or warehouse, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely requisitions to replenish inventory as needed, preventing shortages or overstock situations.
• Issue materials and products to production teams or departments based on authorized requests and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory management systems.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of the storage area, adhering to occupational safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow and support operational efficiency.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports, stock movement logs, and other documentation as required by management.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and participate in audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Identify and report damaged, expired, or obsolete items, and support proper disposal or return processes.

Working Hours:
From 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
