Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies in accordance with company procedures.
  • Organize and maintain inventory within the store, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate requisitions for replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Issue materials and products to production departments as per approved requests and documentation.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area, adhering to safety and organizational standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports, logs, and documentation for audits and management review.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Identify and report damaged, expired, or non-conforming items to relevant departments for action.
  • Support the implementation of inventory control systems and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Description

  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a store keeper, inventory controller, or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate inventory management software and basic computer applications.
  • Familiarity with safety and storage protocols for handling various materials.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with multiple departments.
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • Demonstrated reliability and integrity in handling company assets.
