Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Fulfilling monthly operational requirements based on sales requests (POS terminals - SIM cards - paper rolls - returns).
  • Handling all maintenance needs (inspection - creation - spare parts...etc.).
  • Executing all necessary exchange, return, and addition permits in a timely manner to ensure the business plan is carried out.
  • Performing daily system transfers according to sales and maintenance center requests to ensure product availability.
  • Conducting periodic physical inventory counts to verify the actual number of items and match them to the system, and completing inventory reports and records.
  • Receiving, unloading, and organizing supplies.
  • Coordinating shipment handling, equipment movement, and minor necessary repairs.
  • Maintaining all exchange and return permits from inventory, and receipt vouchers to and from the store to achieve an integrated system for paper data.
  • Preparing all special reports requested by the relevant departments for any business needs or on a periodic basis.
