Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring timely replenishment of goods.
  • Goods Receiving and Dispatch: Managing the receipt of incoming goods, inspecting quality, and ensuring accurate dispatch of orders to customers or other departments.
  • Storage and Organization: Properly storing goods in designated locations, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Order Processing: Processing customer orders accurately, coordinating with logistics for timely delivery, and resolving any order discrepancies or issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of inventory movements, preparing reports on stock levels, and contributing to inventory audits.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, ensuring proper handling of goods, and implementing safety measures within the warehouse.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree of any related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of inventory software systems or very good Excel user.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse setting, which may involve lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills to interact with suppliers and customers.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory records and stock counts.
