Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies to ensure accurate records.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders to maintain product integrity.
  • Organize and store products efficiently, ensuring optimal use of storage space while facilitating easy access for fast retrieval.
  • Prepare and issue materials for production or sales operations while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and disposals for auditing purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum high school diploma is required; higher education is preferred. 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with UAE experience. Previous experience in a similar storekeeping or inventory role is required. Experience working in a large university or educational institute is highly preferred. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Any nationality may apply. Proficiency in oral and written English is required; Arabic is an advantage. Excellent working knowledge of personal computers and applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams). Strong knowledge of storekeeping and inventory control procedures, including record keeping and critical control processes. Analytical mindset with the ability to perform accurate checks and reconciliations using computerized systems. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Good physical condition with the ability to perform required warehouse and site duties.
