Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading and training store staff on exceptional customer service and effective selling techniques
- Creating a positive and energetic team environment that motivates and inspires
- Managing stock control: ensuring physical stock and system records are always aligned
- Overseeing stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Analyzing product performance: preparing regular reports on best and least-selling items
- Ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in retail management in fashion is a must
- More than 10 years of retail experience in fashion from which at least 4 years as a store manage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Passionate about women s fashion and trends
- Able to work under pressure and solve problems proactively
- Knowledge in Odoo is a plus
