Job Description – Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong retail background (preferably in ladies’ and children’s nightwear/loungewear), and a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance targets.

Location - Al-Ain, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with warmth and provide exceptional customer service.

• Guide customers in product selection by offering in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.

• Handle purchases and returns efficiently and accurately.

• Monitor and alert management of any potential security concerns within the store.

• Oversee inventory management – including receiving, stocking, and replenishment.

• Manage store opening and closing procedures with responsibility and timeliness.

• Stay up to date with new product offerings and ensure team is informed.

• Lead, motivate, and collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Understand and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure team efforts align with business goals.

• Maintain accurate records of target vs. achievement, and proactively work to close performance gaps.

• Use numerical data and reports to analyze sales trends and take corrective action where necessary.

• Share regular sales updates with the team to maintain a performance-driven environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the retail industry is mandatory, preferably in women’s and children’s apparel.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills; must be comfortable working with sales data, targets, and KPIs.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 3,200 - AED 3,800.00 per month
