Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Monitor KPIs (conversion, UPT, average basket) and take action to improve results.
Ensure high standards of customer service and manage escalations.
Oversee daily operations including stock handling and cash management.
Ensure proper visual merchandising execution and store presentation.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and maintain staff schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail branch or store management.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle daily operational demands.
