Job Description

Ilo Specialty Coffee House is a specialty coffee based in Madinaty, Maadi & willing to expand to more branches so soon, we are now hiring to Madinaty Branch.

ON THE JOB DUTIES:

Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards.

Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision and care.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Engage warmly with customers, providing knowledgeable recommendations and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Manage cash register operations, process transactions accurately, and handle customer payments.

Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate restocking needs.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and uphold service excellence during busy periods.

Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu offerings.

Assist in opening and closing procedures, including equipment cleaning and store setup or shutdown.

Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and barista skills.

Job Requirements

Senior Experienced Specialty Coffee Barista

Specialty Coffee Experience is a Must
