Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all supplier contracts and maintain strong communication with vendors.
  • Handle purchasing requirements, ensuring accurate demand forecasting and inventory control.
  • Supervise warehouse operations, monitor stock levels, and prepare detailed inventory reports.
  • Maintain a list of suppliers for regular operations and backup vendors for emergencies or shortages.
  • Monitor product production and expiration dates to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Supervise and lead the supermarket staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
