Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure operational excellence
  • Drive sales, achieve monthly KPIs & enhance store profitability
  • Lead, mentor & motivate store staff
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations
  • Maintain visual merchandising & adherence to brand guidelines
  • Oversee stock management, replenishment & shrinkage control
  • Coordinate with marketing, VM, logistics & HO teams
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit standards & retail processes

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills

  • 6-10 years of store management experience in retail
  • Strong communication, leadership & customer service abilities
  • Experience in Fashion, Beauty, Home, Lifestyle, or Electronics retail
  • Proficiency in store operations, reporting & team management
  • Female candidates encouraged (diversity-focused role)
  • Arabic language knowledge advantageous
  • GCC experience preferred
