Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Cashier and Client Relations Manager Responsibilities: 1. Cashier Duties: • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. • Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments. • Maintain a balanced cash register and ensure accuracy in transactions. 2. Inventory Management: • Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed. • Organize and maintain inventory displays. • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies. 3. Client Relations: • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. • Assist in resolving any client issues promptly and professionally. 4. Management Support: • Assist with daily operations and ensure smooth workflow. • Support management in implementing business strategies and policies. • Assist in training new staff and ensuring adherence to company standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Higher secondary certificate
A minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, showcasing a proven track record of driving sales and managing teams effectively.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Retail Management Professional (CRMP) or similar qualifications to demonstrate industry knowledge.
Experience in the specific industry of work, such as fashion, electronics, or groceries, to ensure familiarity with product lines and customer expectations.
