Roles & Responsibilities

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Relevant certifications in retail operations or inventory management are highly desirable.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in leading teams of 10 or more, showcasing strong leadership capabilities.
  • Experience working in high-traffic retail environments, demonstrating the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Fluency in the local language is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for customer engagement.
  • Strong technical skills in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software are essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff while managing diverse personalities.

  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of a retail setting, including standing for long periods and lifting merchandise.
