We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager for Mom Store with a strong focus on sales performance and customer conversion. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on achieving targets, coaching teams to sell confidently, and delivering a supportive, high-trust experience for parents and caregivers.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and KPIS. And developing a sales-focused team while ensuring customers receive an excellent experience on every visit.

Key Responsibilities-

1- Sales & Commercial Performance

• Own and deliver store sales targets, and KPI goals.

• Drive conversion, average transaction value (ATV), and units per transaction (UPT).

• Lead from the floor, actively selling, styling, and engaging with customers.

• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and action plans.

• Execute promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns to maximize results.

2- Team Leadership & Development

• Set clear sales expectations and hold the team accountable for results.

• Coach the team on selling techniques, styling, and customer engagement.

• Conduct regular feedback and coaching and manage underperformance.

3- Customer Experience & Brand Representation

• Deliver a consistent, elevated customer experience.

• Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.

• Act as a brand ambassador.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and in line with brand standards

4- Store Operations

• Oversee all day-to-day store operations for efficiency and excellence.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.

• Manage inventory, stock flow, shrinkage, and loss prevention.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
