Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and results-driven Store Manager (Female Only) to lead our flagship luxury boutique in the UAE. As the face of our brand, you will curate an unparalleled shopping experience, inspire a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of 4 to 7 years of retail sales experience, specifically within the luxury or high-end premium sector (experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred).
A strong background in Women's High Fashion, Fine Jewelry, or Luxury Clienteling.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to engage effortlessly with affluent clientele and stakeholders.
A charismatic leader who leads by example, fosters a collaborative culture, and possesses strong emotional intelligence.
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of hitting commercial milestones and managing boutique P&L.
Desired Candidate Profile
4+ years of retail management experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a premium, luxury fashion or jewelry boutique environment.
Strong network or existing book of local luxury clients is highly advantageous.
Fluency in multiple languages is preferred to cater to an international clientele.
