Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the retail store including sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer service.

• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Ensure the store meets its sales targets, gross margin, and profitability goals.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.

• Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.

• Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display in line with company guidelines.

• Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and store performance reports using MS Excel.

• Utilize ERP systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and operational reporting.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Coordinate with management for store planning, promotions, and business development activities.
