ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve store targets, through effective management (of the store team) and compliance with the organizational policies and procedures.
  • Targets & Profitability
  • Store Maintenance & Operations

  • Customer service and relationship management
  • Communication & Reporting
  • Competitor and Product Knowledge

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma holder
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. Experience within a similar brand preferred (Bridge to Luxury).
  • Local retail experience is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of the local culture and sensitivities.
  • Knowledge of fashion retail
