Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the online store (products, images, pricing, and promotions).
- Improve the user experience and store interface to ensure ease of navigation and increase sales.
- Oversee order processing, shipping, and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to launch successful campaigns and boost sales.
- Analyze store performance and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
- Ensure seamless integration between the online store and the organization s operational systems.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Saudi nationality.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital platform management.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and sales reporting systems.
- Strong organizational, time management, and operational problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and passionate about continuous improvement and achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
