Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and product ordering.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor and manage store expenses, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail or store management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree in business or related field is a plus.
