Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to handle the daily operations of our used laptop retail store. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, basic technical knowledge of laptops, and the ability to manage inventory and team operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning

• Assist customers with product selection and close sales

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product availability

• Ensure proper testing and quality check of used laptops

• Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and stock updates

• Monitor pricing, offers, and in-store displays

• Supervise staff and manage daily tasks

• Handle billing, cash management, and basic reporting

• Manage customer queries, returns, and after-sales support

• Track sales performance and report to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail/store management (electronics preferred)

• Basic knowledge of laptops and accessories

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Ability to handle customers and team efficiently

• Basic computer and billing knowledge
