Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To record inventory receipt and issue transactions in the ERP software on daily basis.
To verify supporting documents before recording inventory receipt transactions.
To verify supporting documents before recording inventory issue transactions.
Maintain proper inventory records.
To follow month-end closing timetable for store department.
To participate in physical stock count activity in consultation with Store In-charge.
To prepare delivery notes and packing list.
To assist store In-charge in ad hoc requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have worked on sophisticated ERP systems (Inventory Module) for 3 to 4 years.
Well-versed in MS Excel and Word.
