Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide professional assistance.

Recommend cosmetic and skincare products based on customer needs.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Maintain store cleanliness and proper product display (merchandising).

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store supervisor for replenishment.

Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and product knowledge.

Minimum qualification: Medium / Above Medium / Bachelors Degree preferred.
Previous retail or cosmetics sales experience is preferred.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays).
