Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive sales.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment in compliance with company standards.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.

  • 0-2 years of experience in retail sales or a related customer-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time, under a long-term contract, and on-site at the store location.
