Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive sales.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment in compliance with company standards.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in retail sales or a related customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time, under a long-term contract, and on-site at the store location.
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
- Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
