Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining high operational standards.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that enhances employee performance and morale.
- Implement effective inventory management strategies, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures, to optimize profitability.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, developing actionable plans to boost store performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A high school diploma or equivalent is essential; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or retail management is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational efficiency, showcasing strong analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and point-of-sale software to streamline store operations.
