Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining high operational standards.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that enhances employee performance and morale.
  • Implement effective inventory management strategies, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures, to optimize profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, developing actionable plans to boost store performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is essential; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or retail management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role within a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and point-of-sale software to streamline store operations.
