As a Store Supervisor, your objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of the store while overseeing the supply chain to the various production areas. This mission must be carried out while respecting regulations, safety objectives, economic performance, and human values.

In this context, you will be amenable to:

• Manage the teams of warehouse workers and forklift operators by ensuring the achievement of the set operational objectives and by ensuring the development of their professional skills;
• Ensure the smooth running of storage and order preparation operations while respecting safety procedures and delivery deadlines according to the production management schedule;
• Ensure the planning and smooth running of cycle counts to guarantee stock reliability;
• Periodically measure the performance of the store management process and implement efficient action plans;
• Ensure efficient management of products that have reached their expiration date;
• Actively participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects in coordination with the progress department;
• Respect and enforce the wearing of PPE, the requirements of the MOE, the RSM/QCM, as well as those mentioned in internal procedures and instructions
• Manage level 1 QRQC meetings by ensuring the updating and monitoring of the store management dashboard;
