Roles & Responsibilities

A diploma or equivalent, along with 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Strong communication, and basic computer proficiency and knowledge of inventory management principles.

A strong understanding of Storehouse Operations and the materials kept in stock, this role delivers expert knowledge and information to guarantee that materials are received, stored, and issued correctly from the Storehouse Operations Departments. It also includes providing training on the job when necessary. Additionally, it prepares reports and documents about operational issues for the Storehouse Advisor to review and manage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Associate degree

Fresh graduate or experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience


Should be able in assessing issues with questionable materials and consulting with relevant departments to address these concerns. It includes evaluating returned materials for reuse, ensuring they meet quality standards, and using efficient handling methods to prevent losses.

• Should be able to identify doubtful materials, and updates on parts and specifications are provided.

• Should provide a regular performance reports to support employee evaluations, and additional tasks are completed as needed.

Preferred skills

• Good knowledge of oral and written English.

• Excellent knowledge of Storehouse/MSO materials policies,

procedures and practices.
