Job description

Carry out activities within the raw materials, pagoda and finished products warehouse: unloading, recording, scanning, storage, picking, labeling, sequencing, loading.

Checking incoming goods for quality, quantity and possible packaging damage.

Record goods receipts and issues in the ERP system.

Transmit shipments of goods to the appropriate employees or departments.

Store goods in accordance with established storage standards and conditions.

Prepare goods for the in-house production area or for delivery to the customer.

Establish and close shipping and picking lists in the ERP system.

Write shipping documents for customer deliveries or picking lists for internal factory transfers.

Comply with specific regulations related to customer packaging.

Report shipments of finished goods to the carrier.

Issue delivery notes for shipments to customers and internal plant traffic.

Ensure the proper functioning of technical equipment used for material handling

Qualifications

Holder of a Bac+2/3 degree in logistics, business management, supply chain or equivalent.

First experience in stock management, warehousing or logistics.

Proficiency in computer tools.

Rigour, organization and sense of priorities.

Team player and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
