Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Storekeeper is responsible for managing inventory, receiving and storing goods, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring smooth store/warehouse operations. The role ensures product availability, proper storage, and efficient stock handling to support retail operations.
Maintain accurate records of stock movement (inward/outward).
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
Ensure proper storage as per product category (FIFO/FEFO methods).
Identify and report damaged or expired items.
Issue materials/products to store departments as per request.
Update stock records in ERP/system daily.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, GRNs, and stock reports.
Generate inventory and consumption reports.
Work closely with procurement, logistics, and store teams.
Support audits and compliance requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Graduation (BCom preferred).
1–2 years’ experience in storekeeping / warehouse operations/office administration.
Knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel).
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a direct interview at the LuLu Head Office in Abu Dhabi. Please note that the job location for this role will be in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
