Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Storekeeper
- Receive orders (quantity, quality, conformity).
- Organize the storage of products (food, consumables, linen, cleaning products).
- Manage stock entries and exits.
- Update stock sheets and inventories.
- Ensure the proper rotation of products (FIFO).
- Prepare and distribute requests from services (kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance).
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the storage area.
- Experience desired in a similar position (hotel, catering or distribution).
- Organization, rigor and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition (handling loads).
- Mastery of the computer tool (stock management).
- Ability to work in a team.
