Roles & Responsibilities

The Store Keeper role is pivotal in managing store operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods.
  • Issue materials according to requests and orders.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory efficiently.
  • Coordinate with sales and engineering teams.
  • Prepare inventory reports when required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for: br>

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the retail sector. Experience in the sanitary ware or lighting industry is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP system is essential. Ability to manage inventory and generate reports within the ERP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock auditing, and warehouse management practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple store operations efficiently.
  • High accuracy in documentation and record-keeping. Ability to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with team members and suppliers.
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and implement solutions to enhance store operations.
