Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Organize and store items in appropriate locations to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, product descriptions, and expiry dates.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
• Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and provide data for stock replenishment decisions.
• Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Handle damaged or expired goods according to company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient supply chain management.
• Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring they are packaged securely and labeled correctly.
• Assist with the training of new staff in inventory management procedures.
