Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming materials, verify quantities against LPOs and delivery notes, and inspect for transit damage.

  • Organize and store aluminium profiles, glass sheets, hardware, and silicone/sealants safely and systematically.

  • Issue materials to the production and site floor and project site based on approved cutting lists and material requests.

  • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records (manual and software-based) and conduct regular physical stock counts.

  • Monitor minimum stock levels for critical consumables and initiate purchase requests to prevent shortages.

  • Ensure the store area is clean, safe, and compliant with HSE standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in an aluminium fabrication factory or construction materials setting in the UAE.

  • Familiarity with aluminium profiles, facade accessories, and glass types.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, ERP/inventory software experience is a plus).
