Manage end-to-end operations of Finished Goods Warehouse (FG WH) including receiving from production, storage, and dispatch to sales as per demand.

Oversee Packaging Material Warehouse (PM WH) operations including receipt from suppliers, storage, and issuance to production.

Ensure proper housekeeping standards and compliance with warehouse best practices.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in ERP systems for FG, PM, spare parts, and returns.

Plan and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of packaging materials based on forecasting.

Liaise with Finance and Warehouse teams to track open orders and ensure on-time supplier deliveries.

Handle spare parts store operations in coordination with technical teams.

Manage non-conforming materials, damages, and returns during warehouse operations.

Oversee trading items such as coolers, stands, etc.

Maintain documentation and records in line with ISO standards and internal policies.

Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks; report discrepancies.

Ensure adherence to workplace health & safety standards and report any incidents.

Handle basic administrative responsibilities including petty cash and employee-related coordination (passport, insurance, etc.).

Lead, guide, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
