Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring all items are logged accurately upon arrival.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks to maintain optimal levels and identify discrepancies promptly.
- Organize the warehouse in a systematic manner, utilizing space effectively while ensuring easy access to frequently used items.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and maintain effective communication with suppliers regarding stock availability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management or supply chain are a plus.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a storekeeping or warehouse role, demonstrating proficiency in inventory control.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
