Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain inventory accuracy by meticulously tracking all incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring precise records.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries, ensuring the correct items and quantities are received and documented.
  • Organize and maintain the store room layout, optimizing space and ensuring easy access to inventory.
  • Process and fulfill orders efficiently, preparing items for shipment or internal distribution.
  • Operate inventory management software, accurately entering data and generating reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and returns, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Assist with cycle counts and investigations, providing a quick update on the inventory status.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of basic education.
  • Have experience in the retail or warehouse industry, gaining familiarity with inventory control.
  • Be a citizen or permanent resident of the country, complying with legal requirements.
  • Be fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software, enabling data handling.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Possess attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the integrity of data and inventory records.
