JOB PURPOSE:

To manage the storage, handling, and dispatch of finished goods (FG) in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy in inventory, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The Store Keeper – FG plays a key role in supporting customer satisfaction and smooth logistics operations.

Roles and Responsibilities-

1. Receive, store, and arrange finished goods in designated warehouse areas.

2. Ensure accurate labeling, identification, and documentation of FG stock.

3. Prepare finished goods for dispatch according to sales orders and delivery schedules.

4. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely shipments.

5. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.

6. Maintain records of FG movements in ERP/WMS systems.

7. Monitor storage conditions to ensure product quality and safety.

8. Follow FIFO/FEFO practices in FG handling.

9. Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards in the warehouse.

10. Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

•  High school diploma or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• Training in warehouse operations or ERP/WMS preferred.

Experience and Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping, preferably in finished goods handling.

• Knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/WMS systems.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication in English and Arabic.
