• Ensure proper handling of all stock as per company standards
• Maintain100% shipments and deliveries documentation and filling as per policy
• Manage all warehouses and ensure efficiency and productivity as per SLA.
• Manage and control stocks issuance in line with policy and procedure.
• Manage Inter Branch Transfer as per stock allocation and monitor any in transit shipment delays.
• Receiving and Inspection of new stock arrival.
• Keep all information confidential and secure. File and/or archive all documents
• Assist during internal and external audits
• Participate in regular and year end stock counts and other common departmental tasks
• Raise issues with the concern department
• Implement and communicate company policies and procedures
• Effectively communicate and implement DMC values and code of ethics
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Manage of the day to day warehouse operation
• Ensure actual vs system stock accuracy at all times
• Manage inspection of incoming shipments, GRN preparation and receiving of stocks in Oracle system
• Manage and monitor stock arrangement in warehouse
• Prepare manual Goods Receiving Note (GRN) based on actual received goods and submit GRN to DPP.
• Post inventory in system and print System GRN. Stamp system GRN and submit to DPP.
• Collect Pick slip and assign to Order pickers
• Coordinate with dispatched officer, courier or trucking company for outbound deliveries.
• Prepare delivery documents for each shipment. (Delivery Note/Invoice, Copy of Customer Order,
• Courier or trucking waybill, etc.)
• Inspect and check each packed and for loading outbound shipment against documents before moving the stocks to dispatch area.
• Ensure processing Inter-Organization transfer in system for goods to be shifted to another warehouse
• Ensure receipt and receiving of Inter-Organization transfer in system for goods received from another warehouse
• Process Return Material Authorization (RMA) is system as instructed.
• Provide task and instruction to Data entry, Assistant storekeepers, order pickers and labor

College Graduate

Minimum 2-3 Years Relevant Experience.

Good in Arabic & English Language

Age Late 20 s Early 30 s
