Ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods.

Maintain accurate stock records, uphold safety standards, and support the smooth operation of daily logistics.

Job Duties:

• Prepare orders and deliver to delivery and reception supervisor every morning and sometimes afternoon in case any truck comes early
• Follow up the cleanliness of the warehouse daily
• Prepare list of items needed to warehouse in order to have full quantities to avoid any missing products needed to preparation
• Prepare Cash van inventory every 2 weeks for four drivers
• Prepare Near expiry and surplus drivers inventory weekly and send it by mail to accounting department
• Prepare Local inventory by counting all items existing in the warehouse monthly in the low season and yearly at the end of each year
• Prepare transfers sent by export department and register dates and quantities in an excel sheet
• Send all export goods prepared to the second floor and organize them by country and numbers of orders
• Send orders in case of loading export trucks to the dispatching area and check quantities and dates
• Received returns from warehouse keeper and distribute to the right place
• Check goods needed to be repaired with changing boxes and cartons
• Fix boxes and repair offers to be able to be sent to market
• Follow up damaged products from porters and check if we can fix
